Dropped by the Coffee Room to grab some breakfast while waiting on my train and as it was early in the morning (6:30am) the atmosphere was quiet. The premises was clean and looks well maintained. And Lauren was very helpful with advicing on allergens and providing a fast service. Pricing for the Breakfast deal was decent, as I had to have alternatived my pricing was different from the set standard. Overall, I had a lovely breakfast and it made my waiting time fly by.
Used the Two Good to Go app for 2 orders, was greeted by Lucas and Paul and had a lovely conversation with them both as they packed the order. It was alot of food, the sausage sandwichs, croissant's included where really nice especially. As an extra we bought a coffee and a brownie, both where really good. Sorry for the late review
Lauren was incredibly courteous, professional, and friendly. She prepared my cup of tea amazingly quickly, yet it was be of the best teas I’ve had in a very long time. Many thanks for having such an awesome railway cafe.
The best coconut milk lattes I've ever had! Lauren serves me most mornings before my commute to Birmingham and she's always so friendly and approachable, it's a Lauren thing Definitely recommend this coffee shop at Stoke on Trent Station!

Got served by Paul and Lauren. They were both very friendly and a delight to talk to. I got a decaf oat milk cappuccino, which was very fairly priced for how bit it was. 10/10 all around.
Always have a wonderful experience here. All the staff are genuinely kind, thoughtful and cheerful. Thank you so much for all your hard work, it honestly has such an impact.
